今日は僕の誕生日でした。今回の誕生日は東京で迎えました。去年はシアトルだったんですが、さて来年はどこで迎えるのでしょうか？
今年のテーマは、あまり気合を入れすぎずに、かといって気を抜き過ぎずに一年を過ごすこと。僕は考えすぎたり、気合を入れすぎたりして空回りすることが多いので、今年はもう少しドッシリ構えて、余裕を持って生きようかなと思います。
誕生日にプレゼントやお祝いのメールをくださった方、本当にありがとうございました。この場を借りてお礼を言わせていただきます。こうやって僕が元気にやれているのも、みなさんの支えがあってのこと。今年も感謝の気持ちを忘れずに、頑張っていこうと思います。
みなさん、これからもよろしくお願いします。

    Thank you so much for leaving your message. Yes, I am in Japan now. My birthday was nice. I had a good time with my family. My brother gave me a digital camera as a birthday present. Using the camera, I am taking a lot of pictures of Tokyo.
    Guess Its getting near the end of the semester. Have fun!!

    YA! *_* What I guess is right! Judging from my limited Japanese understanding, I told Yoshio that you went back JP and celebrated birthday there. He did not believe what I said at all >_<” I think my Japanese is not too bad! *_* Yoshio’s birthday is 3/27…passed already! ^0^ He’s preparing mid-term and qualify exam now, very busy! I hope you enjoy your happy days there! Also hope you have chance to visit Oregan again (I’ll be there after next summer…visit us there when you have time. You are more than welcome! ^_^)

    I think you can understand my Japanese better than Yoshio. You are talented! and should start studying Japanese right away. Last week, I got the admission from University of Oregon. They give me a really nice offer, and I have hard time to decide the grad program to go. I have to choose one out of four University. If I end up going to Oregon, I can hang around with Yoshio, and it’s going to be fun….
